Draft EIP-7906 would let onchain rules inspect a transaction’s final state and reverse its execution effects when specified conditions fail. The mechanism remains optional, unconfirmed for an upgrade and dependent on wallet and protocol adoption.
The upgrade will test new block-building, access-list and gas-accounting rules on a long-running public testnet. It does not activate Glamsterdam on Ethereum mainnet or establish production performance.
The joint venture’s October 4 notice describes permissioned, round-the-clock trading in 63 stock symbols through stablecoin-funded automated market makers. It does not establish that trading has started, that issuers consented or that sufficient liquidity will develop.
